RAD 140- An Investigational Selective Androgen Receptor

RAD 140 is a Selective Androgen Receptor Molecule (SARM). This compound is also known as Testolone. SARMs such as RADs are popular because they are known to enhance performance. Most people consider them to be a better alternative to anabolic steroids and prohormones.

RAD 140 SARM Review

RAD 140 was created by Radius health. It was created with the hope of it being a safer alternative to Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). It is beneficial for treating muscle wasting and skeleton wasting (Osteoporosis). It is also preferred for other muscle wasting devices because it helps to increase the growth of the lean muscles. Bodybuilders and athletes use this compound to optimize performance by increasing the size however the drug is unapproved and can have adverse side effects.

When compared to SARMs, RAD 140 is one of the strongest ones out there

If we look at the clinical data, it is proved to be more potent than compounds like LGD 4033 and MK 2866, especially in case of building mass and strength. Bodybuilders who have used RAD 140 have said that a post cycle therapy is needed if someone wants to run it for more extended periods. Some people also recommend adding in a cycle support because of its potential adverse effects.

What to expect from RAD140?

Many bodybuilders who have tried this SARM have mentioned that it is highly effective for boosting muscle mass and strength. They noticed significant increase in muscle mass and strength after using it for just one week. It is used mostly for bulking and cutting. It is considered as one of the best SARMs for bulking. During a bulk, it helps to increase the amount of lean muscle tissue.

Bodybuilders claim that this compound has helped them in a number of ways;

  • Recover faster than naturally
  • Gaining muscle mass easily
  • Gaining muscle fullness and vascularity
  • Increasing strength rapidly

RAD140 Dosage Information

The typical dosage for RAD 140 is 5 to 20 mg per day. As it is a strong compound, it is recommended by the users not to exceed the dose of 20 mg per day.

RAD140 and Suppression

When compounds like SARMs are taken, the natural testosterone level gets suppressed. However the rate of suppression caused by them is different for each person. If one does not focus on recovering from such suppressions, he can lose gains and end up feeling horrible. A post cycle therapy supplement is needed to recover from such suppression.

Are there any side effects of RAD140?

Based on the limited data and research, RAD 140 is concluded to be unsafe which can cause serious side effects. Anecdotal experiences claim that it can cause suppression of hormones, aggression and nausea. All these side effects are dosage dependent however there is no sufficient data available to back this up. Anecdotal reports also say that it can cause some damage in terms of side effects. There is not much scientific information regarding RAD 140. That’s why most people are against SARMs such as RAD 140.
